Energy Feat meets the need of producing EPCs quickly; our assessors can even conduct surveys at the weekend. We need access to all the rooms to examine the windows, boiler, heating appliances, electric and gas appliances and cellar if there is one in the building. A record is made of all the information along with the photographs taken at the property. We aim to deliver certificates within 4 working days of an inspection conducted.
