We perform energy assessment to produce EPC reports for properties that are being constructed, sold or leased in the UK. The energy performance certificates must be produced for all commercial buildings including small retail units, big offices and industrial units. An EPC provides energy rating for a building which is based on the performance potential of that building; services such as lights, heating and ventilation are taken into account to measure against standards and a rating is assigned to the property. Property inspection usually takes an hour depending on the size of the building. During a survey, many photographs are taken for evidence and record of the data and images is forwarded to a government body as a proof that the survey has been conducted.
