Energy Assessment of commercial buildings are required by law when they are being sold or rented. Energy Feat acts in accordance with the government set rules to produce EPC reports and recommendations for commercial buildings. We are a member of the Stroma Technology, licensed to carry out Energy Performance surveys in the UK. Our business has been specifically set-up to survey and produce Energy Performance Certificates in the Northwest of England. We work independently for Solicitors, Property Agents, and Building Owners to provide them with EPC survey report which is rating of a building based on a standard performance potential. We produce EPC certificates along with photos of an inspection to carry out lodgement process with the government body for Official EPC Registry. QUOTE A PRICE

EPCs FOR SOLICITORS, PROPERTY AGENTS AND LANDLORDS

Energy Feat provides commercial energy performance certificates and we aim to complete a survey report within 4-5 days. To produce energy assessment certificate we need an access to all rooms to examine windows, boiler, and heating appliances before we generate an energy performance certificate. Data collected during inspection is analysed using iSBEM software and a commercial energy assessor produces commercial property EPC report and recommendations. Solicitors and property agents need commercial EPC certificates for their clients and Energy Feat is here to serve needs of EPCs in Manchester. It is important for the environment to reduce carbon footprint by knowing energy efficiency of buildings in the UK.

It is recommended to use t5 converters to save energy and increase fluorescent light output. It is low cost solution for public buildings that can reduce energy consumption by up to 50%.

Solar water heaters offer the largest potential savings, with solar water heater owners saving as much as 50% to 85% annually on their utility bills over the cost of electric water heating.

According to the government statistics, 50% of the UK’s energy consumption arises from the country’s 25 million buildings.
